Tri-County/City SWCD is now hiring for an Administrative Professional to join our team. 

Responsible for providing administrative support to the District Manager, as well as other staff and the Board of Directors, and for managing bookkeeping and accounting functions accurately. Duties require thorough knowledge of standard office skills, procedures, equipment, secretarial techniques, business English, spelling, grammar, and mathematics and a high proficiency with QuickBooks and all Microsoft Office programs. Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills plus attention to detail are required. A positive attitude and strong communication (written & verbal) and technology skills are also necessary. Requires occasional work out of the office, which can include walking or standing activities outdoors in varying weather conditions. This full-time, salaried position is temporary with potential to become permanent. Evening and weekend work hours are very occasionally required. Limited overnight travel may be required.
